Needed my phone unlocked by March 15th, submitted my request and paid on February 28th. Reached out on around March 10th saying I needed it by the following Monday and was told it should be ready to go. It wasn't....finally got it unlocked today (March 17th). Overall it worked, but I wish there was more transparency around how long it would take. Also slow to respond when reaching out for customer service.

UPDATE ; After 15 days they unlocked the phone. Good service but the timings are not real

In my case the unlock is done after 1months+ and raising a dispute in paypal because i'm not a patience guy. But maybe because they receive so much orders so it's late. But the service 100% trusted.

My phone was eventually unlocked but it took twice as long as their website had promised- they claimed it would take 2 weeks to unlock but I ended up waiting more than a month. Near the end of the 2 weeks, I sent 3 emails within the space of a week asking for the status of my phone. There were NO REPLIES. I was beginning to think the company was a fraud so in my last email I threatened to report them to various fraud-busting websites. However they did unlock my phone in the end, hence the 3 stars. 0/5 customer service, 0/5 speed, but at least it worked...

WOW at First I thought be like 14Days max, then got an email saying there will be bit of delay..Waited again then herd nothing emailed them they said the server is back up running slow though. I actually waited 53Days for this I was to be done. Finally after a long wait it got completed.

Ordered iCloud removal on Sept 14 and service was successfully completed on October 27. If you are not in a hurry, I can testify that they are legit.
