Churchill Mortgage was amazing...
Churchill Mortgage was amazing during our home buying process. We are very glad we decided to go with them this time around. They were attentive and very responsive to our many questions along the way. They were also great with following up with us when we were missing items so we could keep the process moving forward.

Churchill Knows the True Dangers of the Credit Score System
It's refreshing to see a mortgage company who realizes that a credit score measures how much people love debt. I have no debt; therefore, I have no credit score. Shouldn't that be a true indicator if a person can manage to make payments on a house: If they have paid for everything they have ever purchased? Churchill wisely manually underwrote our loan knowing that my family had the salary and finances to make the purchase.
