I have closed nearly 1000 real estate…
I have closed nearly 1000 real estate transactions and the most recent with Churchill Mortgage was in the top 2 WORST. I have a list of all the times they outright lied. It seems that one of their processors didn't want to deal with the loan file and just ignored it for several months, all the while the loan originator would relay lies to us about why there were delays. Again, I have all this documented. Churchill admitted to "conveying inaccuracies." Even worse, Churchill folks would then snipe and belittle me when I questioned that something didn't feel right about this process. I have documentation and emails to prove all this and where they admitted they lied. I asked repeatedly for senior management to contact me, but they couldn't be bothered. Beware of the mismanagement and lack of ethics at Churchill Mortgage. Fully, consciously lying to borrowers. Mind blowing.

I would highly recommend using Churchill Mortgage as your home loan provider. Seth, Nate, Laureen, and Dustin where simply amazing throughout our home mortgage application process. We feel that the Churchill team was very attentive to our questions and provided honest feedback and timely communication to our inquiries.
