We are extremely please with the CIA. Everyone I have spoken with or had contact with are professional and helpful. You have been able to send someone out almost immediately every time. The technician arrives in a timely manner and get usually figures out the issue quickly. All contact is professional. The product has been great. Once we figured out a few of the camera issues (it was a challenge and all were a delight putting up with my calls) we have had no issues. In a few years, we will be looking to replace our door alarm system and you will be the first company I call. If you need a recommendation or testimony, I will be happy to provide one. I am very happy I found your company!

We have been very pleased with the service. CIA has been there for us to alert us when our alarm went off a few times. We have also had CIA test our system, and help us to reset our alarm after a temporary office move. CIA has also provided us with a report of entrance/exit to our building over a period of a few days when something was missing. CIA has been very helpful.
