Exceptional service! Needed to expedite a passport renew in less than a week and they came through all the way around. From the beginning, when I tried to enter my order on the website and got an error, I called and was immediately taken care of. From that point forward, was in phone and email contact, was updated on every step of the process. Received the new passport a day ahead of schedule. I needed a fast e-visa to India to meet with a customer on short notice. Ismael made it happen, with a day to spare. It was a huge relief to put that in their hands after wrestling (and losing to) the clunky e-Visa webpage at the Indian Consulate.

STEER CLEAR! We applied for China visas with CIBT. Working with this company was a nightmare. They have obviously recently set up the very complex application using cheap AI, which was totally out of control. We received 20 or so AI-generated emails that were crazy wrong. We would receive a signed email which made no sense, contact the signatory, and be told he had no idea where the email came from. This happened repeatedly. All of this was very stressful with an expensive trip hanging in the balance. When we set up our account we were made to pay before beginning the application. We authorized a payment of $58. $559 was charged to our credit card without any approval from us! Outrageous! That amount was for one of the two visas. So $1,100+ for two visas. Robbery. If there is a Chinese embassy nearby your home, be advised you can apply for visa directly through them. Total cost $140 each. We were disappointed our travel agent sent us to CIBT instead. DO NOT USE CIBT.

Initially I could not get the Vietnam Govt application to accept our application. I then found out of the Cibt service, and sent them the same info as required that would not be accepted. 7 days later, we received our Visas. Simple Process

This was a quick and easy process to get your visa for China. They made the requirements very clear and met the required deadline on the nose. I will use them again for Future travel. Be prepared: most, if not all, items are done and tracked online. So don't expect a call from an agent if something new is required. Just keep up with the online portal and you will be fine.
