I have 5 properties that I have you do the Maintenace on every year and rarely do we need to address anything the rest of the year. You have been doing the maintenance on these roofs for over 15 years.

We recovered 2 areas of roof in new single-ply. C.I. Services did a great job from material delivery thru the end of the projects. Great follow-up, no surprises, and an excellent finish product.

For the past several years, we have C.I. Services do annual maintenance on our roof and to date, we have never had to deal with roof leaks. So many things can (and do) go wrong when you own a home. They provide us with peace of mind.

The roofers arrived on time and they worked diligently throughout the day to complete the job. Friendly, professional and thorough. Nothing to complain about and a lot to be grateful for a job well done.
