Found a great shipper at a fair price.

I was a little hesitant to use a pet transporter but because of life, it was the only option. Anton was kind accommodating and just what we needed. I was very impressed with his set up and would use again in a heart beat.

Used Running Wild Transport. Was told 4-6 day travel from Idah to Georgia. My two chihuahuas were in transport for 15 days. I was promised 2 updates with pictures daily. I received 3 total for 15 days travel. Delivery date constantly postponed as driver kept picking up more fares along the way. My dogs arrived underweight, matted and covered in dried urine, explosive bloody diarrhea, and no appetite. Their food tote was missing, their leashes and rabies tags are missing, their pre travel and vet records paperwork is missing. The vehicle had significant damage upon arrival and the driver, who informed me she had tested positive for covid that morning, told me that she had been in an accident on this trip. I was not informed of this, nor were my dogs evaluated for injuries. My male chihuahua cowers and has bruising around his right eye. He is extremely weak and underweight. He lost 20% of his body weight. When you only weigh 6.5 lbs, that be is a lot. She had an unrestrained large dog in the front seat. Citizen shipper has no available phone number, just email. I have not heard back regarding my dog’s declining health.

I have to admit i was an anxity ball the whole 4 days! But I cant say enough good things about our driver!!! She was amazing! Sent at least 3 updates a day! Our pup got home and was happy and alert.

The service works well in getting you in touch with contacts who provide the service and giving you options but the fee to use the service is just way to high.
