All went exactly as scheduled. My dog clearly liked his driver and it all felt very safe.

Ease of use
Ease of use. Glad I did not have to submit insurance claim but, felt peace of mind knowing I had it in the event something were to happen. Would definitely recommend!

Needs better protection plan
I had a great experience using CitizenShipper. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the low pet protection plan. The $1,000 would not even cover half of what our puppy cost. So if by chance something did happen, you more than likely would be out a lot of money.

Extraordinary experience booking with “Pet Taxi Angie”!
Through CitizenShipper, we found a fabulous pet transporter with decades of experience named Angie, (founder of Tiny Tails Club & Pet Taxi Angie) who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She was super communicative from start to finish and provided a very nice experience for our pets. We highly recommend this website and specifically, “Pet Taxi Angie”!
