CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

ANTON was a AWESOME driver.. very direct, sent many photos along his 1500 mile path.. He was so professional. I would recommend him to anyone... Brought our little family back together.

Got several bids instantly. Great transport, my Great Dane puppy was delivered on time and she took great care of him. The process was very easy.

I contacted Citizensshipper to transport a little puppy from Indiana to Northern Idaho. Pick up was right on time and delivery was right on time too. EZ company to work with.

Chad was awesome!! Great communitcation and awesome product

Easy interface. Excellent web service. Good to see driver reviews. Very responsive and 👍customer service Seem to have their team and policies just right. The driver is a pleasure to work with & very professional. Just wish the citizenShippers own service fee was not that high and posted to make it easy to see. 18% seems like a lot, but will feel much better when the job is complete. Proof will be in the pudding …& and so far I feel comfortable all around. They are working with me around my schedule so I feel very good about that!

The site provided many options for my transport needs. Also, most of the prices were reasonable.

The fee structure listed is incorrect. I was charged A LOT more than the website stated I would be. Luckily, the transporter was AMAZING!!!!! Would I use Citizen Shipper again, yes, but only if the same transporter was available!! Look for The Friendly PetExpress- they were better than I could have imagined!!

I just found it difficult to keep track of who I talked to and which bids I had looked at but otherwise was great.
