Everything was as simple as it looked. Entered my info and photos of my pup. Within 5 mins I had over 20 bids. The bidders' board really simplified everything allowing you to compare bids, drivers, profiles, and convenience for me. It was a fluid situation and bidders were just as flexible. Selected my driver and he contacted me within minutes. Gladly would recommend to anyone needing to move their fur babies.

Absolutely flawless professional team, from bid to offer acceptance to setting up the recovery of my Service animal 1300 miles away. My Pet Chauffeur LLC constantly updated with next steps and vital info. Nathan was a super chauffeur, direct communication from 4 hours prior to pick-up (verification video) all the way till he had our boi home a day later. Nathan took exceptional care driving in less than ideal winter conditions, planned for inclement weather and had our boi home before roads became impassable. An all around perfect experience. They charge a percentage as a "booking fee" which is really just access to the drivers contact information. It's a good site to get a lot of offers on your pets travel (and the driver i used was great!!) but a pricey middle man.

Service fee is a bit excessive. Maybe better if a % of the trip was charged. Uship does a % instead of a flat fee. Also, offer coupons to have return customers book through you again. Other than that, it was great.

Our driver was beyond amazing 5/5. The only thing that we didn’t like is we felt the service fee was a little much. Overall we would use again if needed
