Great Kitchen Appliance Shipping Service!
Although I never met my driver, he was very polite and called to let us know he was a little behind schedule due to a flat tire. He stuck with the job and got it done safely. The fridge was handled safely, and carefully. He was very communicative, and followed instructions well. The website was easy to use, and I received email notifications and SMS messages alerting me to important activity. I highly recommend citizenshipper!

FANTASTIC!
I LOVE Citizenshipper. I'd been let down by movers twice in a row that I'd found on craigslist and was nervous about getting messed around again. I found citizenshipper and got several bids for my move that were all lower than what I was expecting to pay. My driver Sherry and her crew were amazing. They are wonderful hard working people and kept in touch with me for the entire move. I was very impressed and recommend citizenshipper to anyone who wants to do a long distance move!! :)

Awesome service
Very happy with CitizenShipper! Found several online companies, and CitizenShipper gave me the best quotes and the site was the easiest to use. I had some questions and customer service got back to me quickly. My driver kept in contact with me the entire trip and I felt very safe that my stuff was in good hands! Will definitely use again.

Terrible Service
My driver said he would arrive at 2pm the day of my scheduled pick up for my dog. Then he said it would be 5pm, then 6pm. Then 12pm the next day then 5pm the next day. At this point I was skeptical of the entire website and my driver so I cancelled the entire transport and reported the charges as fraudulent to get my money back. I tried to contact customer support tirelessly and never reached them. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT USE IT! AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE WOULD DO THIS!!!!

Customer service
Ive been calling companys customer service and sending emails. NO RESPONSE, AND ITS BEEN 3 DAYS!!!! you cannot tell me your back logged this far back that you cant evan help a customer
