Mark Pascall with Citizens shipper was awesome! He transported two rescue pups from a shelter in Mojave, CA to us in Phoenix, AZ. He arrived earlier than planned and took wonderful care of the pups.Great communication, texts and emails all along the process. I would recommend him to everyone!

First of all I would like to thank Jennifer Buchanan for all her help and being right on top of everything from the start.There was a young man and his puppy whom lost control of his vehicle and went off Douglas Pass when returning from Arizona for a job interview. He attended college in Colorado on a Rodeo Scholarship when this unfortunate accident happened and paralyzed him waist down.We were looking to reunite Tyler and his pup, Addie, when Jennifer contacted us and put us in the direction of Bee Line Pet Services who had offered to help with this shipment free of charge to get this pet back to her owner. Citizenshipper took care of the gas expense. 1 HAD A FAMILY PROBLEM, FINE. THE OTHER WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP THE CAT (2) ON 6/8 - NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED AND I CALLED HIM 3 TIMES AND E-MAILED HIM ALSO. WHAT IS WRONG WITH JASON ANYWAY? THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM!
