Ordered my bike shipping was faster than expected

Great customer support they respond quickly.. and my products always arrive on time and in great condition I’m always satisfied with my products from city grounds…

Good delivery time. Poor product. Bought pair SE Bikes Bozack Tire Blue/Tan / 29" What I got was black tires with blue painted on them that wore off after first ride. Don’t buy any colored tires because they are essentially black tires painted over.

Don't remember his name, but I appreciated that the guy working there took the time to walk me thru the use of my new electric bike and answered all my newbie questions; even though the pick up location is basically just their shipping warehouse, not a proper bike shop. Also, they are prompt in answering the phone or replying to email questions.

A+ ! I would, if a was City Ground use FeDEx not UPS for shipping, UPS is always delayed. But the product is amazing and so is the service. Thank you City Grounds, i will be buying more in the near future.

I build bikes from scratch. When ever looking for that special part. I go to City Grounds. Recently ordered a pair 29er Smoothie tires. Price was unbeatable and delivery was prompt.

Bike ordered online. It arrived on time and was easy to assemble.

Got the bike in 3 days. Also when the bike became cheaper days later they adjusted the sale price.
