Took forever to get the bike when it…
Took forever to get the bike when it said two days more like two weeks, did not get all the stuff for the bike was missing peddles, an pegs, reached out too the company they give me the run around of 20 ?s when you reply to them it takes for ever to get a email back poor customer service on getting help, I bought a $300 bike from a company that has so I rating well I’m thinking not what a waste of time an money. Period

Hi there, We appreciate your feedback, The pandemic has caused logistic delays that are beyond our control. Due to demand seen to date and throughout pandemic we did require to update our processing times to 3-6 business days. We do our best to let our customers know this information by updating our support page and responding to requests as quick as possible. We are sorry for the delays and missing missing parts that were left out on the manufacturers side. When faced with this issue, manufacturers required us to reach out to them for replacements. With extra layers of communication and acting as middle man between manufacturer and our customer, this can take a few additional days to resolve. We apologize for this inconvenience.

A big thank you to City Grounds
A big thank you to City Grounds! Not only did City Grounds have the Marin model I needed when I couldn't find it anywhere else, they shipped it to me all the way across the county in super speedy time! Also, they have a great website! You can easily find and see what they have in stock. Not many other bicycle sellers can claim such.

Great bike.
The bike came well packaged. Assembly was very easy. We found out that the front tire was not keeping the air pressure. Upon calling the City Grounds, Rosa the service associate, was able to assist me effectively, approving my suggestion that a local bike shop can provide the required service and City Ground reimburse the invoice, which they did without a delay. Days earlier I was attempting to get the remedy Via email, however, Javier who answered my email was making the story so complicated. Thanks for Rosa.
