Excellent customer service and follow up. I had a little problem after a couple of weeks, I called their service department and they were very understanding of my problem and got me a replacement pair of hearing aids within a couple of days.

Janna Unruh was very helpful in my purchasing my new Zeppelin Clarity One hearing aids. They were delivered quickly, the set up was easy and they work perfectly.

Customer service is fantastic. I had problems with the unit over my ear falling off and could not try the aid. They tried to help but everything I tried did not work and got frustrated so I ask for a refund. As soon as they got the unit back I received my refund. As soon as I can afford it I will try the more expensive unit and will order it from them. For sure will recommend them to anybody I know.

After several pairs these are ok. Still having a problem with connecting to the app at times.

Fit ear canal with minimal irritation. Sound is adequate.
