Efficient and easy to use!

The product is good. The subscription model and customer service is subpar. I missed the cancellation window before renewal by less than a few hours, they would not provide a refund or a pro-rated refund. Additionally they took a week to reply to emails, claimed I had an annual subscription and never cancelled, and then still haven’t replied after I sent an email with a screenshot of my cancellation of their monthly plan. That feels very disrespectful and is disappointing.

"Beware of their deceptive auto-renewal practices. I was enrolled in automatic billing without my knowledge or consent. Even though I contacted customer support immediately after receiving the charge notification, they flat-out refused to refund my money. Extremely poor customer service."

Everything I wanted to do in gmail and couldn't is in here. Makes it so much easier to get rid of the crap.

Easy Interface, I didn't have to read a guide, just picked up and went with it. Its less daunting once you delete a few hundred emails
