There were not directions re: how to use your wipes, do I wet my face first, does my face need to be dried

My order was shipped in two parts. I received one part (the storage boxes), the other part (the actual towels) was delivered to the wrong address. When I submitted this I was re-shipped the storage box I did receive. When I tried to submit a notice of this it was ignored. So now I have two storage boxes and zero towels.

No one from the company ever reaches out to help. And, it’s impossible to use points. Very disappointed.

Horrible I’m trying to manage my subscription and does not give me option to cancel order

I canceled my subscription and was still charged/sent an order. I sent the product back and received a refund, then requested the company delete my account and stop sending communications - clearly this has not been done yet.

Unsubscribing is impossible. Quantity shipments are too large and ship too often.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER $I82 Gone!

Never received my order placed since 25 Jul. When I looked into it, I got a tracking number that didn't exist, so there was no resolution. Customer service is poor. Do not recommend.
