Order my tube and cover on Monday and by Friday it was at my house

My original order was mixed up, but they took care of it quickly and I cannot wait to use them on my river trip

Have a friend that needed a bigger tube to make sure he didn't the rocks in the river. Big Bertha (60" tube) did the trick.

Received product quickly. Had a hole in one. Sent them a message a week ago and haven't received any response. Prior to purchasing had also left a voice message with questions and never received a call back. Seems to be a great product with poor customer service.

Industrial quality river tube set-up. This is "tour guide" quality products, nothing but thick, HD construction here, for the price, nothing any where online is even close to Clear Creek Tube products.

Update: ClearCreekTubes reached out quickly apologizing for missing my original complaint, making it right. Original (1 star): Tube cover ripped easily after just a few uses in the snow. Attempts to reach the company went unanswered. Very disappointing.

Best quality tubes available in Denver metro. A must need for white water tubing. Fast service and excellent customer service.

When I ordered it as a gift in January, I called with a question and "Tom" was very helpful. When I called in April with a question, Tom was equally helpful.
