Excellent company. I bought the product to help with chronically blocked sinuses from acid reflux, and by the time it arrived the issue had resolved thanks to a bed wedge and Gaviscon Advance. With ADHD I find it hard to get myself to deal with returns assumed I'd missed the window; and it was weeks before I did reach out - but they smoothly refunded it with speed and understanding. Top notch customer service.

I received a prompt response to my question. They offered to send me a new unit, because of the issue I had with the product. I felt valued as a customer. This is customer service as it should be.

I have found this device very useful. My unit developed a charging fault after a few months and I am being sent a new one. Customer services have been very useful. My sinuses cannot wait to receive it!

I'm a big fan of good quality red light products as they really work. I've been using the Cleriva Novaflow for several months & it has been helping my nasal symptoms. Unfortunately, my product stopped charging so I contacted Cleriva. I had a great response from Coney asking for a little more information. Once I supplied this, they immediately organised a replacement product. The communication has been great & they seem like a quality company who care about their customers. Well done Cleriva!
