They always help on the instant chat window or you can book an over the phone appointment with a specialist who can screen share your laptop/pc to help. Highly recommended!!

I never really got to use this. but the response time is great.

The support at ClickMagick is FANTASTIC; they are very patient and take the time to answer all your questions in detail where necessary and address any concerns you have. I guess if there's any one thing that could be improved, I'd say it's the response times but then again... response times were very good as I always got a reply within significantly less than 12hrs every time from when I sent a question in. They are the best!
