Tell Mango technologies to better target your audience, spamming users on Youtube with your ads for months. I CANNOT stand seeing your brand. Discarded you first for spammy ads. Also reported to google. And thank to that we went with ASANA pro, after testing your clickup trial.

Support lack knowledge and simply lie to get you to upgrade. I was told that if I upgrade the functionality I wanted would be available. It literally doesn't exist and is only a suggestion in the user submitted requests. The software lacks basic functionality you would expect of project management software, even on the paid tier. There are apps out there that have everything clickup does on it's paid tiers for free. The limits, even on the paid tier, are too severe to run a small company. Can't filter or export timesheets, limited task automations. It's just not very good.

This platform is a complete disaster. Starting my company with ClickUp was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Avoid it at all costs and look for another solution — literally anything else will be better. Even building your own internal system makes more sense than dealing with this mess. The paid packages are a scam. Don’t waste a single penny on ClickUp.
