Ordered 2.5 months ago, still no product delivered. Anyone on this thread have another clip on company they recommend? Thx

I never received the product ordered on December 15, 2024. It is now March 24, 2025. Contacted company 3 times and was provided a USPS tracking number on February 6, 2025. To date, product has not been delivered to USPS. At this point it is obvious that this company has scammed me out of $39.00. Do not order from this company.

No communication. It's been over 5.5 weeks and no replies to either my emails or calls.

They take money from you very well, but no order status, way to contact them, or final product. Opened fraud investigation about this company.

I ordered a pair of clip-ons a month ago and they were very quick to process my payment. I still have not received my clip-ons and they are not responding to my emails. Have I been ripped off?

Magnetic hinge stopped working and couldn't be repaired. Slow delivery. I got much better quality clip-ons and delivery at The Clip-On Guys.

I ordered a custom fit clip-on on Sept. 6. Two weeks later the order had not been processed and I was told in an email that it would be ready "by the end of the week" (Sept. 22) I received an email saying a shipping label has been prepared for your item at 4:22 am on September 24, It is now Oct. 2, the post office still does not have the package and this company is not responding to my messages and emails.
