Clockify is easy to set-up and for the employees to fill. It was accepted by the staff right away and it gives me the information I need to track our projects.

I moved to Clockify from Harvest. Today I had a meeting with a member of their onboarding team who will be looking after me and my account. It's wonderful that I can actually get through to a human being when I need and won't have to fight through some AI agent to get my questions answered. Clockify doesn't have the same Xero integration as Harvest but it's adequate and will do what I need it to do. Very happy about signing up.

This app does exactly what it promises- and does so well (how often does that happen?). And every time I have questions (at least 3 times over 12 months) - I've written to customer support and received a reply within 2 hours (also - how often does THIS happen?). Then, the customer service was clear, helpful and accurate. I feel weird writing this review, because I can't really think of another app that is lightweight, user-friendly, priced appropriately and comes with great customer services. It's like it's destined to be obsolete in a minute - but until it is? I'm going to keep using it.
