Cloudberry is a safe reliable backup solution. I chose this because it works with Amazon S3 and i only pay for what I back-up

Been a while since I've used this, but the flexibility of the program was great - including the ability to back up to my own S3 devices. It simply works, and with the number of different providers, there are not many use cases where this won't just work. With changes in the organization, I'm planning on expanding the use to a number of different platforms once again.

Liked the products but put off purchasing licenses by rude pre-sales staff. If pre-sales is like this, makes me wonder what support is like afterwards? Also they make it seem like they are doing me a favour by allowing me to buy their products? Not impressed! Decided not to purchase and ended up getting alternative products from people that actually value customers. Also no good for multi-cloud as need more that one version of the product.

The program has a lot of options for backup destinations and when/how to backup. I needed to get some important files on Amazon Glacier and it worked seamlessly. I like the status reports and options for controlling backup and bandwidth to run when the machines are idle.

Great Product! Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Full featured software. Would be useful if they provided backup and restore templates to make it easier for first time setup etc.

Best CrashPlan replacement that I could find (together with BackBlaze B2 as the cloud storage target). Some issues with very large file counts with Hybrid backup, but I worked around by simply making two backups - one to local NAS, one to cloud, so in practice this does not really matter. Upside of doing image based backups too, so you can have both your important files versioned and backed up often and full image of your OS drive for recovering any disaster there.
