Quick, courteous, competent!

The volume is very inconsistent. I find that we have to turn it up and down constantly cause some songs come on and you can barely hear them and then other ones come on and they’re way too loud.

The sales representative that help me was very helpful and very positive.

Initial call, I was able to talk with a tech, but he couldn't resolve the issue. I did some troubleshooting on my own, then tried to call again. No answer other than voicemail twice.
