Ordering was easy and delivery was faster than I expected. My products were over packed with protection and everything arrived in perfect condition. I will order from CM Personal Gifts again.

I couldn’t find a way to buy a glass and have it shipped to a friend. I inquired about that. Someone emailed me back and asked if they could help. Then they went ahead and canceled my order. There was a phone number in the email I got from you and I called that number and left a message and no one has called me back. You have a great product and very confusing customer service.

The glasses are perfect - a perfect addition for my upcoming reunion. They were packed well to prevent breaking. Arrived 1 day early - which was great. All in all, a great experience and a great company with whom to do business.
