Decided to get back into RBA/RDA’s after years of using disposables. After some research, I found Coil Clout. Had several questions and the owner, Jonathan actually responded to all of them via text. That impressed the hell out of me! Placed an order and in under a week it arrived from the east coast to AK. Amazon doesn’t even ship that fast here! I’m a lifelong customer, and look forward to doing business with Coil Clout in the future.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Every time I’ve ordered I’ve gotten my order on time 99.99% of the time except for a delay due to bad weather not the company but post office. Johnathan is a stand up guy and his team are great at making coils . Will only order from them .

I was very happy with my order, Shipping was on time and included "FREE" extra's! Placed my order on Apr 20th 2024 and received on Apr 26th 2024.

Never had an issues with coil clout. Always shipped fast and products are great. I actually don’t buy coils anywhere else. Been buying since January 2021. Customer service has always been on point and always taken care of any issues that I have ever had.

Amazing company with trustworthy owners. I would advise anyone who is in the vaping community to just place an order you won't be disappointed.

I honestly couldn't be happier with Coil Clout. Their product is hand-made and is always absolutely flawless, they ship product incredibly fast, and Jonathan (the owner) personally takes care of any questions you might have or issues that may arise. I've purchased from this company for years now, and not once have I had a single issue with an order. As a huge bonus, their pricing literally cannot be beat! Zero complaints, and if I could give more than five stars, I would! As a side note, I find it disappointing and petty for people with personal grudges to write scathing reviews with zero evidence on sites like this where people come to see if a company is legitimate. Those 1-star hate-filled reviews should be removed.

I ordered a couple of sets of his mtl line coils (pairs of 3 different mtl coils) a week ago. Money paid, no response to my email. After reading other reviews, I doubt I'll order again - plenty of other coil builders out there. Just thought I'd try a different builder from my usual one.

I used to regularly purchase coils from CC. The quality of the coils were always consistently well made. However, the morality of the owner (Jonathan Scott) is HIGHLY questionable. I ordered more than 10 N90 sticks, and some custom coils, paid for the purchase, and waited for the order to come in the mail, and waited, and waited, and waited. Always, Jonathan had one excuse after another whenever I spoke to him, or sent an email asking about where my order was. He knew I was leaving town for awhile and needed to receive the order. Needless to say, the order came 2 months after putting the order in, and it was missing some product. I've heard people say that he lies, I'm convinced that they are correct. He has even used the excuse that his back was bothering him and that he was on strong medicine and that it was hard to work. This is utterly ridiculous, especially when he spews how many people he employed. If there were so many employees, he wouldn't have to lie about mailing products to customers.
