I did not receive what I ordered.

Really hit or miss the products that are good are great the products that aren't hits are pretty bad. It's often hard to tell the true shade online overall I'm happy with some stuff but would probably go drug store from now on as I can see the true color easier. It's definitely not a scam though just low cost and you get what you pay for.

I never received my order it was returned and a refund was never processed back to me

I love colourpop products. I don't love how I'm asked to rate the product I bought in exchange for a $5 off coupon that I never received. I checked my spam folder, I reviewed more products, and each time it said the coupon was on it's way and yet I never received it. Regardless that won't stop me from shopping here because I love the products, especially the glittery eye shadows.

The products haven't arrived in a month and they are very unresponsive

I bought two eyeshadow palettes and only one palette came. How do I deal with this loss? In addition to this terrible issue of not having received one of the palettes, I was charged an extremely high amount. I want you to send my EyePalette-Cloud9 palette that was not sent or my money back.

First time ordering from color pop, absolutely love the product I received very beautiful color, really like the formula as well. I only was able to order and try them as they were offering free international shipping. Will order another more when they offer free shipping again.
