It was fine the ordering was fine paying was fine the products are fine they’re not great but there not bad ! Now shipping seemed like it took forever ! That is why the 3 stars , it took I think over a week

As im buying from another country , usually the experience can be a bit stressful. But Colourpop makes it soeasy by using a reputable courier so I know where my package is at any given time . The quality of the makeup as everyone knows is top notch . Currently playing with makeup looks from the twilight collection and looking forward to new collections . The lipsticks are amazing quality also 👌

Hi ColourPop team, I wanted to share feedback about my recent shipping experience. While I was happy with the products and ordering process, I had a frustrating delivery experience once the package arrived in Mexico. My order was handed off to Correos de México, the local postal service. Unfortunately, unlike DHL, UPS, or other international carriers that allow you to pay customs fees online and deliver directly to your home, Correos de México required a completely manual process. Here's what happened: I received a physical letter (not an email or text) informing me I had to pay customs fees. I had to go to a bank in person to make the payment using a government-issued form. After that, I had to go physically to the post office to pick up the package myself, which was an hour away from my home. This process took about two weeks of delays and several errands, which could have been avoided if the package had been handled by a more modern delivery service. I have no issue paying customs duties, but I do want to highlight that Correos de México is extremely outdated. If this is going to be the standard shipping method for ColourPop orders to Mexico, I may have to stop ordering, because I can’t go through this manual process every time. Please consider using a different carrier for deliveries to Mexico that allows online payments and home delivery. Thanks for reading, Paola

The quality of the pallets were not great. The pallets was delivered with poor finishing of the color sockets on the pallet. Didn’t seem like high quality.

Colors are amazing, as is the staying power of eye pencil/shadows. Shipping took longer than expected but the quality is great.
