Ordered for a Christmas gift. They stated 5-7 business days which should have been Dec 22-23 but as of todays date I was just told it will be another 7 days. They hadn’t even shipped my order out yet & it’s only a few days before our gift exchange. Needless to say they are unreliable!!! If needing the purchase in a timely manner find it in a store but DON’T order online! Now I have no gift & don’t have the refunded money back yet to repurchase makeup for her. I will NEVER order from them again

I had to reach out to the colourpop team and DHL in order to get my parcel. It arrived past the 21 day period and had I not reached out to both teams I wouldn't have gotten an update.

Bought eye liners love them easy to use and pigmented. Also eye shadow sticks love them too.

They are quick to respond and delivery was fast but wasn’t happy with the smell of their watermelon face milk

I got exactly what the ADs showed and I am very happy with the communication, especially during the holiday season. I was worried I wouldn't get it on time since I'm so used to Amazon being next day delivery but it was worth the wait.

I'm sad. Normally I love colorpop but this palate I just got was disappointing. The color is great and very pigmented. But it has so much fallout and the packaging is pretty bad. I'm still going to buy colorop because the majority of their stuff is good. And affordable.
