Well pigmented and vibrant took 3 weeks to b delivered

I ordered two bottles of concealer 40n, which I’ve used for a couple years now. Both bottles are a completely different color than what I’ve gotten in the past. Very disappointed.

The refund took 7 days. The mistake ruined my neices Christmas present. I’m really frustrated. The make up is fine, but I’m not sure how something like this happened. I think once a mistake happens, there needs to be a quicker way to make it right. Ordered pallet and pokekon go lip glass. Sent Winnie the Pooh.

The customer service was awesome. Package recieved in a timely manner. Quality of the stuff I bought is comparable to high end brands (especially the tinted moisturiser and lip oil!). Even the multichrome eyeshadow was amazing!

I love shopping on Colourpop. Selections are great and it’s easy to finalize my order. The only complaint I have is that there should be more swatches. In proper lighting. Everything else is great.

I recived my package on time, the palettes are GORGEOUS and all the produits are really great quality wise. My future makeup look will be absolutely FIRE 🔥 Also, I want to say that I had something missing in my order, ColorPop kindly refund me the amount of the missing item. The delay was a bit long, but in the end I am really happy about their customer service. Please note that they will refund something missing in a order only one time and they cannot issue a replacement. I hope next time that I will order with them, I just hope there are nothing missing… TYSM 10/10 would reccomend ☺️

Products arrived in a timely manner to me in Canada. I got a great deal with the black Friday sales on some of the collabs I've been eyeing. The products are great quality as always.

I've reached out for assistance on my order that was missing two items and I have yet to hear back. I've reached out twice.
