Great products and great packaging. Nothing was broken or messed up as sometimes eyeshadow palettes can be when shipped.

Delivery time was longer than most companies when ordering for the holidays.

First time buyer… says delivered but never came when I was home all day. I had to reach out 4 time via email before I got any response… they said it was returned to sender… yet said delivered??? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift bought on Black Friday and didn’t show up until mid January… no compensation only a warning that if it didn’t show up the 2nd time I was just out of luck & money. Very disappointed with this first time buy!

Really love all the products that I received. I especially loved the precious metals palette! It’s amazing and the shadows are so soft. I enjoyed the gloss as well and the lipliner. The shipping was an okay time but I also got my products during Black Friday so it may have taken a little more time.
