My order was missing an item I ordered from colourpop at least 5+ years ago and the same thing happened. It was missing an item. I was told I would be refunded but that hasn't happened yet.

I didn’t receive some of the products that I ordered and one of them that I did receive came broken. I tried reaching out to customer service TWICE via their website and I also provided pictures, but I never heard back from them. Not even a confirmation email for my requests that I submitted.

So happy with my eyeshadow palette! The shadows blend so easily and have great color. Shadows last all day and no fallout when applying.

Colourpop is the BEST !

Excellent quantity and quality especially for the price! The brow wax is okay not the best brow wax I've tried its pretty hard, or the one I got is. You sorta have to fight with it but it works out. The supershock shadows are SO good. I can't get enough of them!

I love the eyeliners I bought; they go on smoothly, stay on all day and don’t transfer, and come off well with makeup remover. 10/10
