I love Colourpop! Made in the USA, great quality at an affordable price. Their eyeshadows are all I can/will use! Love the expansion into skincare products.

I’m happy with the way my issue was resolved but I had ordered a few Christmas gifts but received the completely wrong order. They still haven’t come in… that was a bit disappointing, and even though they are happily sending me the correct items I ordered, I still felt like I should have been given a discount of some sort to make up for the inconvenience.

My favorite so far!

First my order was missing a shadow then when it finally arrived it came broken they told me they would refund my money and apparently it was refunded after 15 days I see no refund. I will never ever buy from this company again

My colourpop arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Tracking was correct and up to date. The products are great. I do wish they offered exchanges like Ulta. The lipsticks I purchased look nothing like they do online. The shades look completely different in person. This is the only reason I stopped ordering from you. Maybe offer exchanges in the future.

“Rudolph” eyeshadow compact has the perfect Christmas colours. The shadows have great colour, are long-lasting and are very high quality.

I do like the product, unfortunately, one of the items is incorrect. I have quite trouble following up and raising the issue.

I have always loved the products but I wasn’t happy with the shipping. When I first ordered it took 2 months to arrive. Now (third time ordering) it took about 3 weeks which to my understanding is a normal fast time. I’m also comparing this with other online stores that I shop from. Btw I live in Iceland. So I’m glad that the shipping process has changed. Now I can’t complain about anything 😂😂
