Ordered a Limited Edition collection. It arrived quickly and in pristine condition.

Unfortunately I never received my order. Also have been unable to contact anyone here sent several emails with no response and there is no phone number to contact anyone.

I've ordered a few times from Colourpop, each time the service has been great! This last order there was a shipping delay (as is with a lot of other companies) but they explained and I did get the product with a couple of free full size samples which was a nice surprise and the products have been even nicer in person than online. Our family is very happy with this company and it's products and excellent service! =)

They didn't give me the candle in the set I purchased and the customer service never fixed it.

My sister never got her products and has been fighting with customer service for weeks, who is refusing to rectify the situation.

Will never shop with them again after canceling my after a month!!!!

I was missing an item from my order. Contacted customer service for a refund and have not had any reply. Filed a claim through paypal and still haven't heard anything. Disappointed in customer service and I don't plan to order from your site going forward.
