I absolutely love this company! The only reason i cannot give 5 stars is because i have had alot of mishaps with this brand. And even though some times it can be hard to finally hear from customer service they always pull through and make up for it. If something's wrong they want to fix the problem. All in all i am a proud customer.

There was a product missing from my package. I emailed customer service, just asking for a refund. Instead they issued me store credit - I understand why but I'm not gonna make an order for $7... I would have prefered a refund. In addition, the eyeliners I ordered (the pot liners vault) are all dry and dont work very well

The purchase was easy to do, the promotion of international free shipping with no minimum purchase favored me a lot. Regarding the products, of very good quality, the beautiful packaging, only a shadow arrived somewhat damaged. But I am very comfortable with my purchase.
