CommerciveReviews of commercive.co

commercive is a great supplier, they are extremely user friendly. They were my first choice because other suppliers would charge 200-300$ per month which for a beginner is like a big risk to take as they are just starting and would not want to risk that amount of money, on the other hand commercive is only 30$ a month which is very affordable. The other thing i like about commercive that they use discord as their communication platform, I was familiar with discord so the communication between me and commercive was smooth, whereas some suppliers have their own platform that you would have to learn to use. the staff especially Mursal Luca Abby were very helpful they helped me at each step from connecting their services to shopify to automating the whole process of taking in orders and delivering them they make it really easy for beginners that is why i am giving them 5 stars Hope this comment helped your decision

Avoid this company if communication is important to you. I've been trying to get a simple quote since Saturday, and every time I reply within minutes, I don't hear back until the following day. If this is the level of communication before becoming a customer, I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting them with my inventory. Very disappointing experience.

NGL Commercive is amazing, ik people use cj dropshipping or hypersku or even flexfulfills, but Commercive as been on point, super easy to talk and communicate with, they provide everything requested no issue and I’ve only had good experiences even after not using Commercive for a couple of months I came back and everything was still fine. I end my Ecom journey here, appreciate it all😮‍💨✌🏽

We wanted commercive tobe our partner for out dropshipping business. Pros: No MOQ and you just pay around 30usd to get access to agents. When you do around 10 orders per day then they move you to priority support. Cons: When you need to source more products it take forever. They can get quote for 3 products per day maximum. Might be good for some one products stores but when you have lots of products it does not make sense. Sometimes the communication was really bad. We asked 5 questions and they answered 1. Commercive says on website that they have also US warehouse where you can send bulk orders. Our agents said they only have China warehouse so that is weird. Shipping time? We ordered samples on 27.3.2026 and still not here. just to clarify, we ordered from aliexpress twice and everytime the shipping time was around 8-10 days (not business days). So what is the point of Commercive? Right now we switched to competitor and one thing we can see is the level of support we get. And also when we bought samples from Commercive - they let us pay shipping price for all of them even when it was in one package. Our current agent worked with us to pay as little as possible for shipping. We might get back to Commercive just to test it again but right now I would not recommend it.
