I like another person who wrote a review didn't understand that I couldn't stop until I was paid in full. This program is well balanced and healthful but I joined to lose weight. I immediately gained. After 4 months I'm up 7 pounds! I started out needing to lose 10 - now 17. I'm very discouraged. It may work for some but not me. Now I'm stuck paying monthly until next Dec. I can't afford this. Not explained well enough to me in the beginning.

Knowing when to eat the right foods and the visuals given has been very helpfull. My saving grace is no one ever taught this in school so these programs are great.
