Great selection of products at good prices, but Fedx is the only option for delivery to Canada. If you live in Canada and cannot be at home to accept delivery and pay the custom duties at the door, Fedx takes your delivery back to a distribution centre (usually near an airport) and hold it for 5 business days for you to pick up in person before returning it to Como Milano in the U.S. In my case, I was in another province to provide care to my elderly mother and would not get back in time to pick up the package. I got it sorted out but it was a significant distraction from my obligations. I strongly recommend Como Milano to my American neigbours to the south. My fellow Canadians should be aware of the shipping restrictions so they can plan ahead for a successful delivery.

Scarf did not come with designer gift box.

When a customer pays for expedited shipping, you would think that would mean expedited handling as well. Not the case. Ordered on the 5th, paid for 2 day delivery, got on the 10th which was a Saturday. Thank God I used USPS who delivers on Saturday or the birthday present would have been late. Product itself is fabulous and the price was right.

I ordered a Pucci scarf. It is rather expensive. The Pucci scarf came in a Valentino box. Eric said that a Pucci box was unavailable. This is unacceptable. I want a Pucci box to store my Pucci scarf.

Delivery excellent. But I emailed to enquire if I could pay in Euro not dollars. I live in Ireland. I got no reply at all. Disappointed.
