Holster itself is fine but removing the screws is terrible because of the Loctite used - especially for the one hidden. I sent an email to ask for guidance and received no response.

Took far too long and communication was lacking. I realize you were moving but that should have been communicated up-front at the point of sale.

This holster did not match the quality of previous Comp-Tac International holsters that I have purchased. It looks like a cheaper Bladetech holster. Also the make and model of firearm is no longer embossed on the front of the holster. Very disappointed

I was really disappointed with this holster. The materials feel cheap, and the inside surface of the holster is rough, with small ridges that have nothing to do with matching the surface of the pistol. These will scrape on the slide and cause unnecessary wear. The rigidity of the polymer also means the paddle does not conform well to my shape, making it less comfortable than other paddle holsters I own. Lastly, I was really excited about the ability to use this holster both OWB & IWB, but I wanted to use it in the appendix position IWB. This isn’t possible because the front clip has to mount with either a positive or negative cant. There’s no means of setting it up for a straight draw. In the end, I will use this holster purely as a paddle OWB on training days when an OWB holster is all that is permitted. Otherwise, it will stay in the drawer with the other not-so-great holsters.

Good morning and thank you for your review! To achieve a neutral cant for AIWB you will want to use the bottom two holes in the 4-hole pattern in the front of the holster. Here is a link to a picture that might help: https://www.comp-tac.com/media/catalog/product/i/n/infidel_cant-tower.jpg?optimize=low&bg-color=255,255,255&fit=bounds&height=500&width=500&canvas=500:500 As far as the inside of the holster, it was molded to accommodate the aggressive slide cuts of the PDP - with anything, where two contact points are made there will be rubbing - but any slide wear should come off with a rag or pencil eraser. hope that helps!

The QLS adaptor plate I ordered was shipped in what I felt was a timely manner, but I had to cancel my holster order and order one from Midway USA. The company represents its level III holsters as being the top product they offer, yet it takes more than two months lead time to get one for a Glock? That’s just not going to get it done in my opinion. I ended up getting a Comp-Tac holster anyway since Midway had it ready to ship, but if this hadn’t been the case, I would have fell back on Safariland.

Good morning and thank you for your review. Glad you were able to find what you were looking for through Midway USA - going through an authorized dealer such as Midway will almost always result in getting the gear faster than ordering direct. As the manufacturer, we do not maintain inventory and instead build to order. However, our lead times are 8-10 business days, with some CT3's possibly taking a maximum of 16 business days depending on order flow, not two months. Regardless, enjoy the gear and feel free to reach out if we can assist with anything else!
