Had some questions over a period of time re. mining and got really good feedback and advice from Gaurav Khubchandani. Typical of Compass support. Process had a few lumps and bumps but I'm a happy customer...

Poorly handled company, multiple delays, Toxic CEO with huge ego and personality issues. As a customer faced so many delays and now they've abandoned my machines in Russia. More focused on PR instead of good service. Shambles Company. Bunch of fake good reviews too. Dont be a fool.

Honest and reliable service. I purchased hardware that was delayed and was able to sell my miners for a profit and also received electricity credits. I am a customer for life (or the life of my hardware at least)

I had several questions and David McGrane answered them all quickly and efficiently. I was able to take his answers and finish my tasks to get set up. Also a shout out to Cameron Arhangelos, my sales manager, who was professional and patient with all my questions. He is a a huge plus to Compass Mining. And a main reason I am now a bitcoin miner!
