Have been with Compass for about a month and after reviewing a number of vendors I am really pleased with their email/messaging customer service. Jesus was very responsive when I had questions and the Concierge team is also knowledgeable about the issues when asked a specific question and doesn't just provide automated, generic, or scripted responses. David M was also very helpful in addressing issues that I had and thank them both for all their assistance. Usually its a red flag is a company can't provide accesible, quality customer support but I have not had that issue, thankfully, with Compass. Thank you for all your efforts and please keep it up.
