They popped up on my county clerk website. I thought they were a part of my county website. My husband had already served me papers so I wanted papers to file back. After I filled out all paperwork, and paid $300, they said I had 2-3 business days for paperwork to be delivered. Then I receive a email, same day welcoming me from Elizabeth Carter, also telling me that my divorce must be uncontested. I immediately ask for refund knowing paperwork hadn’t been processed yet. She never responded back, however CompleteCase responded saying the same paperwork, that was going to take2-3 days was now ready. I contacted again asking for a refund only to be told my paperwork had already processed so no refund. I am disputing this charge but know that they are crooks and will not be fair and honest.

It would be 0 stars if possible. 100% waste of money. There was no help. I paid for their service and the platinum plan and it was the worst decision I ever made. Worse then marriage. No customer service, no help with any papers. When I called they couldn't answer any questions. My case worker only reached out 1x after I made a case I want help and got nothing....

I would not recommend this company for divorce assistance. My experience was unnecessarily difficult, primarily due to poor communication. While a couple of representatives were helpful, most were quite rude. One representative, Jason, even hung up on me after I asked a question he couldn't answer, and I inquired about his tone.I asked for a supervisor twice for assistance and was told they would call me back, but I never received a call. I selected this company solely based on the reviews, but my experience did not reflect those positive comments. I later found out that they were not well-versed in the divorce process for my state, which was frustrating. I purchased the platinum service, hoping it would simplify things, but that was not the case. The directions provided were unclear, causing unnecessary delays.If you're considering a pro se divorce, I recommend seeking help directly from the courts instead. This process is already challenging enough without having to deal with unhelpful staff.

I am a senior now living on SS while trying to get a divorce. I paid the $299 Complete Case advertised and now they're asking for more money for me to "access" my account. They've already charged me for things I didn't approve and I had to for them to refund. They're scammers and I just want my money back, but now they're ignoring me! I need that money to file for divorce to get alimony and they don't care!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Y’all keep charging my card after I asked yall to stop. Close my case you idiots.

Stay away! They will deceive you into believing that the 299.00 is all you pay.. After you pay that, then they’ll reveal there is another “Platinum Package “ that you can buy for another 300.00! These folks are con artists and scammers.. I requested a refund and they wouldn’t refund based on my answering some questions on the website! Worst online company I’ve ever dealt with! It only cost 150.00 to file the divorce papers in court so why is there two separate packages?

To be clear uncontested divorce with cooperative spouse. Terrible customer service no response to emails and when they do they do not answer questions. Constant delays due to “ increased case load”, as well as the coin phrase “ we have escalated this to a case worker” and will respond within two business days. Don’t waste your money I even upgraded to the platinum plan thinking that would help. Note: Still no email response from company as of 11/14. I did receive an email from Trustpilot to verify my review. Find it interesting the company responds to positive reviews.
