I love my purchase; however, the length of time it took for my order to arrive was simply horrible.

The delivery of all three albums ordered was exactly on time. Each album is beautiful!! However, upon playing one of the alums, a song skips. No other songs on the album skipped, nor did the others I ordered. A bit disappointing.

Beautiful jacket. The only complaint is that the lining is twisted in one of the sleeves... I am going to need to take it to a tailor to have it fixed because it's extremely difficult to get my arm in that side. It knots up and I have to push my other hand up the sleeve until my fingers meet so I can put it on. I assume this is a fluke occurrence.

Would of been 5 stars but as fed ex was used they charged me more than the import duty was just to release my package from customs. Complex is great and their products are great

The Mr. BAPE t shirt came on time from LA to London. Happy with the product although when I opened the package, it was stained with marks on the t shirt but a wash should clear them. Overall happy with the delivery time.
