Item arrived on time and exactly as described. I had no issues purchasing a factory refurbished unit at a discount and CompTechDirect has ensured this level of confidence remains intact. I will state that you must be home to sign for the shipment so if you need to arrange for the shipment to be picked up at a local facility then reach out to CompTech before delivery and schedule your pickup. They were extremely fast to respond.

Everything good except shipping time, although it is free. A shopping option should be offered.
