I brought my computer in with a power issue, not only did they test and find out the root of the issue, they also didn't charge me anything. The gentleman there was very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again if I have an issue I can't fix myself.

The process is sound, and eventually it got fixed. But took too long, and only when I called was I notified of a shipping issue holding it up. Upon receiving laptop back, bottom screws were all missing from the case, and a wire was closed in over the ethernet port making it un-usable. They offered a free fix, which is great, but it's still 30 minutes each way - which is time wasted had it been done properly. Again, overall process with notifications appears sound, the solution just wasn't quality.
