Always good service and reasonable prices

Excellent service and very fast. I would recommend them to everyone!

First let me say that I contacted several computer repair shops prior to ending up here due to the proximity of other repair shops to my home. I was actually told they couldn't help me over the phone or sent away with a referral code for an online service. My hard drive had failed spectacularly while I was trying to complete coursework over the holidays. The loss of my files would have been catastrophic and probably set me back at least a semester at school. Computer Repair Doctor had my files on an external drive the day after I dropped it off and I believe they even exceeded their own estimated completion time. I found the price to be entirely reasonable and would recommend them to anyone. I should note that the shop was out of my way but entirely worth the drive. They would be my first call or stop for any future issues even if they moved further away.

Screen was blank. I dropped it off because the screen would not come on. There really was not a problem. They told me so and returned the unit. No charge.

Repaired problem and have a 90 day warranty . So far everything is perfect!

Really glad to have found this company. Alex and his team are first rate with lots of experience and wonderful to work with. Can't recommend them highly enough.
