My ex partner was working for this company for 2 years. He was working for customer service in retentions at the time. In the time that he was doing this, he was doing a team leader/supervisors job WITHOUT the pay OR the title. He was made to stay late to do the admin for this role even though it was not his job. Due to ONE time that he had accidentally missed the smallest part of data, his bonus was completely withdrawn from him and he was made to work EXTRA hard even though he was not going to receive a bonus at the end of it. FINALLY, after 4 months, he was given the title of supervisor. However within this time, he was made to work above and beyond his hours and not paid for this. Due to the amount of stress that this caused for us and our relationship, he stepped down. HOWEVER, even after he had stepped down, they still wanted him to do the role, even though he was not getting paid for this again. The amount of times that I heard him in a conversation with a superior member of his team, EVEN when he was not a team leader, they were discussing other colleagues work load, personal lives of these other agents, disciplinaries, ability to do the job, and you only heard negative comments made by the supervisors on the other end of the phone. There was ZERO help from other superior members of staff, in regards to the work load and my ex partner was made to do other superior jobs even though he was not being paid. He has recently just taken an allotted amount of time off that he had accrued, HOWEVER, they cancelled his holiday even though, there was evidence that he was allowed to take this time off. But during his break, they had told him that the holiday was cancelled, and is now NOT being paid for a portion of this holiday. He has not received a bonus in over 3 months as the incentives keep being changed and made unhittable, even though he was one of the top customer service reps and was able to hit this every month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never ever in my life written a report about a company, but if you want to be taken advantage of, bullied, your personal lives being talked about/laughed about, working ungodly hours for little to no money. Be my guest.

Sweatshop call-farm being used for cheap support by major corporations. Totally toxic, apathetic, and running afoul of local laws. They are so far off the mark of genuine effort I couldnt even give them constructive feedback - that requires a person who cares.

Här har ni ett företag som skiter totalt i sina anställda. Vi är inget mer än siffror och gröntimmar. Jag va basically en extralärare på utbildningen men inte fick jag betalt för det. När man behöver hjälp får man det bara om man slickar rumpa. Helt sjukt företag som driver en in i väggen och får en att vilja sjuka sig hellre än att gå till jobbet. Hela ledningen är diktatur.

En intensiv kurs i systemen där mer än hälften av aktuell information fattades. Klara man inte proven kunde man få chans att göra om, största lögnen ever folk sparkades till höger och vänster. Mycket drama och alla slängde gärna varandra under bussen för att rädda sig själva. Tog man upp ett problem var man ett problem, satte man gränser var man ett problem, favorisering at its finest. Företaget sköts som en amerikansk diktatur där du får mer av att överprestera och bli brun om munnen. Bad man om hjälp och inte fick den så fick man skulden för man inte bett om hjälp, vet inte hur det går ihop men makes perfect sense enligt dom. Företaget har bytat namn 2-3 gånger redan? En del grupper som fick sparken efter vår och verkar inte som det slutar hmm… jag undrar varför.. förnekelse in i det sista på att ledningen brister och lägger det på agenterna som är äckligt underbetalda, du tjänar mer på att plugga och få CSN än vad du gör på att jobba här. Fick sparken för en agent inte kunde sluta blanda sig i hur jag kolla min mejl eller störde mig med kunder där jag varnat att jag kommer bli arg om personen inte backar, vilket hände till sist, blev inkallad av cheferna som anklaga mig för att ha hotat personens barn bla, vilket var falskt och hade vittnen som kunde intyga annat, dom erkände öppet att dom inte kommer utreda det internt (vilket dom har en skyldighet till) och jag fick gå på plats samma dag, eskorterad ut för någon inte kunde hantera att jag inte tolerera att bli trampad på. Unionen håller dom om ryggen och finns absolut ingenting man kan göra för att få någon form av rättvisa. Kolla lönen noga också, ofta dom ”råkar” göra fel. Så glad att karma äntligen kommer och biter er i röven med tanke på hur mycket ni får skära ner, ni är rätt hatade av många så rykten sprider sig som en löpeld. Lycka till att rädda er ur detta eller kommer ni behöva byta namn igen? 🥰 till alla er på kontoret (agenter som ansvariga etc) , ni är lika fake som märkeskläder från Turkiet. Puss och kram från Emmelie ❤️

I wanted advice regarding investing in a Google Ads campaign. I called the 0800 number provided by Google. I spoke with Maria. She kept me on the phone for 45 minutes conducting a very thorough fact find. THEN - I was sent a bland, standard document - WHICH WAS IN NO WAY RELATED TO THE NEEDS I'D EXPLAINED OR THE TIME I'D INVESTED. When I posed this to Maria - her response was to SEND IT AGAIN!!! Looking a little deeper into this, I see I was not dealing with Google - I was dealing with CONCENTRIX. Appalling experience - GOOGLE - you must do better!

The company needs to be shut down, investigated, or at the very least, audited. They never paid the correct wages correctly, leaving myself and my colleagues in an awful state each month. They pressure you all day for stats, there was never a day you were just left alone to do your job in peace. I have never in my life worked with such rude disgusting people, management back each other up so you don't have a leg to stand on even if you speak up about your rights as an employee. I stood up to them and they hadn't a clue how to handle me, was passed through 4 levels of management having meetings about the same things over and over. Their response was a sheepish "oh I don't know what happened there". They would threaten us daily that they would pull us into meetings or sack us, my whole team were miserable and depressed. They would say you dropped calls on days you weren't even working. My physical and mental health declined working here and I kept getting infections. My advice to anyone is give this company a miss, being on the dole would be better I promise you. One of the trainers used to brag about how he never got into trouble for being rude to us and proceeded to threaten us and said good luck getting a reference from us or a job if you leave here..well we all left and got jobs that treat us like human beings and pay us the correct wages so we can thankfully leave the horrible experience here in the past.

Their recruitment process is unprofessional. After two interviews (only 4 days apart) I was advised that they thought I would be a great fit to join the Concentrix team. I followed up as I had not heard anything in over a week. I got a response to advise me that they were “working in the background” on “something” and was still very much in consideration for the role. After another 2 weeks of waiting, at 3:14am I received an automated email about being unsuccessful from workday. No phone call, personal email, or feedback given. After giving them my time for 2 interviews, the hiring manager or recruiter didn’t have the decency to provide me with a personal response. I have been a hiring manager in the past, and I would never treat potential candidates in such a disrespectful manner. The job market is hard enough, and companies like Concentrix make it worse.

I've worked for this company for a year and it absolutely crushed me. -Low salary -monitoring your every move (even toilet breaks) -manipulative managers and many more.It feels like prison and I am so happy i quit recently. DO NOT do this to yourself and do not apply here.
