I placed an order with this company then I took a look at the reviews I was a bit concerned as the reviews weren’t good …………but I’m 100% happy with this company I ordered and received within 2 days… will be using this company again. extremely good prices and only found it by searching for a product I couldn’t get anywhere else and concord extra came up. So ordered 20 boxes of what I wanted and price was far cheaper than in store as stores must have discontinued this item. 5 stars without a doubt…………

Bought some air fresheners that did not work. Money down the drain. Contacted customer service and not even the courtesy of a reply!! VERY POOR.

Took my money bu did not supply what I had ordered. Do not answer the phone and have not replied to any of the messages I have left nor to any of my emails . Disgraceful treatment by Concordextra and needless to say will never use them again.

Really bad, as the other reviewer said- was a bit wary of them, still gave benifit of doubt. No delivery - numerous emails, phone constatly rings out, spoke once she said I would get a refund..........no refund so looked for reviews. Dont order from these people!

Didn't receive goods and they've ignored all follow up e-mails. Get the feeling this is a dodgy company! I wouldn't trust with any large amount of money.

Truly awful - would not even give them 1 star!
