Great tool for presenting new developments to clients and for seeing the whole backend in the CRM. I use Condogrid to send clients organized options instead of just forwarding random listings and PDFs. It makes everything look cleaner, more professional, and easier for the client to review and for me to close. It is effective on the buy side as well, as the buyer can see all they need in one place. Support is responsive, practical, and understands how real estate agents use the platform day to day. It has become a useful part of how I present opportunities and follow up with buyers.
